Ms. Waterman devotes her practice to mediation and alternative dispute resolution following a 25 year legal career where she represented clients involved in a wide variety of contract disputes, business and partnership disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, maritime claims, asbestos litigation, employment claims, disability claims, and insurance coverage disputes.
Lynn graduated from Indiana University School of Law in 1993, holds an MA in Hispanic Linguistics from Indiana University and taught French, Spanish and Insurance. Lynn is Florida Supreme Court Certified to mediate Family, Circuit Civil, Appellate and County Court disputes, and is also a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator.
Mr. McPhee focuses his entire practice on alternative dispute resolution because he believes that mediation often results in a better result for most clients. John is an experienced mediator who can help you find your best solution to your conflict, while saving you time, heartache and money.
John brings over 25 years of trial experience involving complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage matters (including bad faith), construction claims, environmental contamination claims, aviation accidents, products liability claims, maritime claims, contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, foreclosures and evictions, workers compensation claims, design professional liability claims and advertising liability claims.
John graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law in 1993 and holds a BS in Chemistry. John is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil, Family, Appellate, and County Mediator, as well as a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator.
